It seems that he doesn´t know the Queen At The BBC album:

He's referring to the fact that Queen we're going to release ALL the BBC sessions in the 90s but it never happened. The Queen At The Beeb/BBC is only sessions one and three.
That 1989 Band Of Joy At The Beeb EP was great. From the cover photo to the sleeve notes. A real shame a 2nd volume didn't materialise at that time.
Got the first edition, in which I'm credited for some reason. Or was that an earlier book by the same author..? Love books like these.
Not as good as Rick Sky's book.
