The videos from Live Aid, Wembley, Hungary, etc — they were professionally taped from different angles, right? And not just from individual fans in the audience. We have been wanting professional videos of the QAL shows but so far the only ones that might come close are the BBC New Year’s Eve broadcast on a very small stage, iHeart Festival also on a small stage and Rock In Rio Brazil broadcast. I have a bootleg copy of the Kiev, Ukraine broadcast in 2012.

Why would Queen waste millions of dollars to create a Queen + Adam DVD, when it's Freddie that brings in the big bucks?
I agree that the professional vids are very different than the QAL one's done by Adam's fans where they zoom in on him and follow his every move and expression.
As to why would they create a QAL DVD, they did several with Paul and people have been constantly asking for a live QAL DVD for several years, it would sell well, obviously not to you, but loads would love one.

Oh icy you are sick. This is what you posted first:
“Watch all the Glamberts come here to vote ..,”
You are out of control with hate.
That's out of control hate to you?! Gee, I was being tounge in cheek, not that you will ever get that even with the xD I added to the post i made. You are so easily insulted and defensive. At the drop of a hat.
You are the one who is out of control. You can't help but praise and big up AL anywhere you can. Does he pay you for it? Do you want an award for it? Maybe, since you think you are one of the best...n your own mind.
You say I'm the sick one. Says you who sank so low as to bring my ill parents into your sick, twisted agenda. That's how low you went, lower than a snakes belly. I'd think twice before saying I'm the sick one, you are blind to what you even post here.

Those fan made videos, Queen fans would be lucky if Brian and Roger were the focus for a minute every song.
I'm not sure if I would buy a Q+AL DVD, truth be told I still enjoy ROTC. That was very good, IMO.

Exactly, Adam's fans obviously film mostly him and fair enough they're paying to see the shows so it's up to them what they film but a lot of people would love to see a professionally filmed one where it takes in the whole stage and you get to see Brian & Roger doing their thing and the whole production and lights etc.

To be honest, I'm surprised there is no official Q+AL DVD yet.

Me too, I get they don't want to record together but I would have expected a live DVD after this long.

I think Brian is wary about Q+AL recording together. I guess I can be honest with you, I hope they never record together. Q+PR, I enjoyed it live more than the studio album.
After all this time, it's surprising. They have allot of very good shows to choose from for a live DVD. I think every show was filmed too.
There are many full concert videos filmed by fans which include Brian’s gorgeous guitar solo up in the clouds and other solos as well as Roger’s drum battles and solos but not from a variety of angles that you get with s professional video.
Adam fans have grown to love all of the guys as much as Adam and no, I am NOT here just to promote and “big up” Adam because he doesn’t need me to do that.

There is more to Brian and Roger during Q+AL concerts than just the gutair solo and drum battle. I'd love for the fans who film these shows show more interaction between Brian and Roger...but mostly it's focused on AL.
Don't know about other fans. You have made your purpose on both Queen boards for years ow to big up, hype, promote and spam all things Adam. You hardly can't be bothered to discuss Queen with Freddie, and when you do, it's to compare it to Q+AL. Sorry, what you do is obvious, but you are oblivious to it. He doesn't need you to big him up, promote or defend him. Then why do it as much as you can?

There are some where I've seen parts like that, Brian's solo for example where Adam isn't on stage but when he is they predominantly focus on him and like you say without the multi angles you still don't get the same effect of the actual show.

I don't expect they'll ever record together, Adam doesn't seem keen either. They do film all the shows and they did extra filming of I think the 02 shows earlier this year so it's possible they may do a DVD.

Here's hoping some get what they want.
A possible DVD of Q+AL from London, considering the history Queen has with the city would be strange, for me at least.

Every time you post something you sound like a not so smart 12 year old.
Icy, please, it is not a crime to not discuss Freddie on a QAL thread. You people would bite my nose off if I ever said something wrong. The one or two times I have said something, people jumped on me. It is a non-starter unless you are a die hard Queen fan that knows everything about Queen and most of the newer QAL fans just don't. I also don't understand why there should be more John and more Freddie in the show. John made his choice, he doesn't want to be involved unless there is some money coming in and I have no idea if there is or not. Obviously, tho, he is OK with the situation whatever it is. He is not a part of QAL. Freddie is always there in everyone's minds. The times he is mentioned and shown are amazing. If you overdo it, it just takes away and you don't want to think about what is missing when you go to a concert. You concentrate on what is in front of you all the while holding Freddie in your mind back there. It would just be a downer to have him in a holgram or whatever. I hate those things and I don't know how else he could be incorporated. You want people at a concert in the moment, not lamenting someone who is absent. I think it it the perfect homage to Freddie the way that they do it. It is very classy and heartfelt. There doesn't need to be anymore.
