I thought you meant the albums were not reel like a fake maybe until I link clicked, now I know what is meant by this. I did not know proper name for this type of media, is very fassinating. also very expensive some of them. I like miracle one, i think about buying.

The Miracle and Sheer Heart attack were not released officially on open reel.
I received no reply when I contacted the company that is selling them for more information.
From the look of it they are 2 track (which means they play in one direction only on one side, so require a dedicated 2 track player)
There are many variations on how recordings are made, including various speeds.
A decent deck can also be expensive as well, and will require constant maintenance.
Although it's a wonderful format, you should consider all of this before deciding to dive in.
This is my Sony TC-377, a model produced in 1971.

That's the Montreal 1981 setlist. First I've heard of an FM broadcast, never mind one as early as 1982, considering the audio for the VHS release wasn't mixed until a year or two later.
