With the success of the movie and the Soundtrack I wonder if we have to expect a Bohemian Rhapsody Tour in 2019 which will feature mainly the Songs the 'new' fans have heard there. What so you people think?
Without a doubt in my mind, of course there will be a tour. Brian basically admitted to it a while ago.
Don't know if the set list will change much, I don't expect that.

Yes, there will be a tour. It would be stupid not to tour after that movie.
The songs they used in the film have been more or less on every setlist QAL ever played. Some little adjustments here and there. Put ‚Keep yourself alive’ back on and the last tour had all the songs. I would like them to change it at least a bit. Maybe they could incorporate the singles from ‚The Miracle‘? It’s the album‘s 30s anniversary next year. The Queen Extravaganza played The invisible Man and Breakthrough. How about that?

No. Leave what was on the last couple of Queen albums out of Q+AL, unless it Brian or Roger singing those songs.
Goes for QE too.
Here are the songs on the Bohemian Rhapsody movie soundtrack:

Yes. It‘s music. Written to entertain and to be heard. And the entertainment in a live setting is even better. The Invidible Man with the voice coming from different directions would be just fun.

It would give me a strange feeling to hear other people sing some of the last music Freddie worked on. AL, Marc, the new guy for QE, anyone other than Brian or Roger.
I remember being taken aback by Roger singing DOOL back in the Q+PR days, but he did it wonderfully as a tribute.
They all do a nice job. I haven’t heard the new QE guy but I’ve heard Brian, Roger, Adam and Marc as well as JSS live on stage and they all do Queen music with much love and reverence and above average vocal ability.
Agreed. They will tour. This movie has clearly moved Queen up to another level. Before they were the legendary band that fronted Freddie Mercury, with hits such as... now they're household names... i'd say at the same level as Elvis, The Beatles and Rolling Stones. Except... to the newest generation, they may be more popular than all 3.
1. Bohemian Rhapsody - the song
2. We will Rock You / We Are The Champions
3. Freddie Mercury
4. Bohemian Rhapsody - The Movie
It's a f**king powerhouse of familiarity. Meaning, you can possibly only know of one of those 4 items, and that would immediately get you to say Queen. So now if you didn't already know that either of the first 3 items = Queen. Then you surely heard of that movie.
No one can possibly say, who is Queen?
They must tour. - world widely - and cash in. If they don't - the shitty cover bands will!
Worst case - this will easily catapult the Queen Extravaganza to bigger audiences.
When they do tour, I hope Freddie's vocals at the ending of Bohemian Rhapsody will be put back. No 'duet' between Freddie and AL eithier.
Freddie’s vocals at the end of BoRhap on the QAL tour was always done as a duet with Adam and Adam saluting him at the very end.

Hardly what I'd call a duet.
It would be nice if Freddie had that part by himself. A little moment of reflection at the end of the song that helped make Freddie and the rest of the guys who they were...and remain.
Why AL does it by himself these days, I don't know.
I think they felt it was time for Adam to step forward. I am not sure how much of a reminder of Freddie they need. It can in some ways be a downer, if all the audience is thinking about how poor Freddie is not there singing. The band wants the audience in the here and now, singing along with them and Adam. You don't want to remind people of something sad continuously. The touches they have of Freddie are really nice and heartfelt but it can be overdone.

Queen fans don't need a reminder of Freddie...but it sure would be nice if there was more of Freddie and John shown. That's how I look at as a Queen fan.
We look at this differently, and I will never think in earlier tours it was overdone. Lately, there's even less which I think is a shame. I said recently I'd be happy if Roger gave a few words for Freddie...why not since AL does and of course Brian has his few words and LOML.
If Brian and Roger felt it was AL stepping forward and making less time for Freddie and John...that doesn't endear me to AL to be honest. Not as if AL doesn't have his time during the shows, is it? And considering how popular the biopic is, all the more reason IMO, to have more of Freddie and John...not less.
In the recent shows they added the image and voice of Freddie doing his AY-O call and response with his funny FU at the end and it is a great touch — some much appreciated Freddie humor. It all fits together so smoothly. They have really figured out how to make the show flow. Again, something that can’t be seen by watching individual videos.
I like the idea of calling another tour, if there is one, the Bohemian Rhapsody tour.
