Hi - I've just bought this book on ebay for a very reasonable 9 pounds - I noticed in some of the other listings there is a different cover (similar to the 'at the beeb' b/w album cover) and on this version it states that the book comes with a dvd of rare footage? I can't seem to find any reviews mentioning this and wondered if anyone knows what this might contain? here's a link to another ebay listing mentioning the dvd (hopefully it works.....):
