somebody knows what is wearing Roger in this photograph?

An unbuttoned shirt? That's what it looks like to me.

I don't think that shirt has buttons. Looks like possibly a Native American or South American traditional knit wool top.

It's a girly blouse. He was clearly coming out as identifying as a drummer in the 70s.

He looks slightly disorientated into the camera.

His clothes are typical for the '70s rock scene, nothing special. I saw a similar shirt at [url=https://cools.com/shop/mens-formal-shirts]Cools[/url] about a month ago, it looks strange nowadays. I can't say that he looks disorientated into the camera, maybe wide-angle distortion.
