Just wondering. Were any of the questions in the movie scene inspired by real questions through the years? Of course they asked about his sexuality in real life but I seem to recall that in the movie Freddie was asked about his parents. Did anything like that happen?

Some questions are completely made up, the "I'm a musical prostitute, my dear" bit was in a different context. The question that forced that answer in the movie was completely different, in fact it didn't happen in a press conference. Most of you have seen that interview from 1984 by Rudi Dolezal (like most of these done by him since 1980)
