I think a poll is a bit excessive. "Anyway the wind blows" doesn't make any sense.

It doesn't really matter, unless you're intending on tattooing it to your skin forever for example, in which case I'd suggest choosing "Any way the wind blows."

In terms of meaning, "any way the wind blows" is like "what will be, will be." so in that sense I think it is slightly important as "anyway the wind blows" is definitely NOT like what will be, will be. It's more like... oh well: it's gonna be rubbish anyway!
