Anyway, I've learned through experience that there are many instances in life when right is better than fast.

The broadcast was indeed in 96 kbps, but the BBC online archive has the program in high quality. I'd rather download this original ~320 kbps file at 282 MB than a 'lossless' low quality capture at 1.8 GB, but that's just me. With that in mind, I'm sharing my download:
