Strange Lambert has not took the world by storm if he is as good as your making out.
To me he is just on par with many singers in the west end of London in musicals.

Lambert did take the world by storm while he was performing on American Idol but the ultra conservative homophobes at Liberty University had a hissy fit over his TV performance on the American Music Awards in 2009 which adversely affected the promotion of his debut album.
Ten years later his career appears to be having a rebirth. He is being noticed by the people who missed him the first time around.

Naysayers have been proclaiming that for 10 years and he has now earned over 25 million (was a millionaire prior to QAL) and his star seems to be rising this year. Non- celebrities are not singing on the Kennedy Honors Show and he closed it out and sang 2 songs! He was on the Elvis Special this year and he played at the Oscars. He will be a character in a movie with a big featured song later this year and he will be releasing new music. What part of that signals that his 15 minutes of fame are up? You wish, but it isn't going to be happening any time soon! More and more people are rediscovering him. Many tuned out after Idol and particularly that AMA performance. I think he is reconnecting and he will just be going forward from here. He is very popular in some of the different parts of the world like Asia. The UK isn't everything you know. I am sure they have the highest number of die hard Queen fans in GB, so there would obviously be more resistance to him over there. I think this is going to be a great year for Adam!!

Obviously you haven't been reading people's tweets. A lot of them had no idea he sang with Queen all these years, nor did they know about Adam's music as they didn't follow him. Singing Believe and on the Oscars has brought him into people's radar again, you sad lunatic, you! Not everyone follows singers. Most people are just pretty oblivious and just listen to the crap on the radio. Many don't even do that. It is hard to sell music nowadays. That is why singers and musicians have to have a brand and diversify. You aren't keeping up with the trends.
