After a request, here is an instrumental mix of Scandal! It loses ALL the vocals but at times is faintly heard but don't let that put you off because you can hear some lovely guitar harmonies which are barely noticeable in the actual mix.

I was going to suggest the karaoke version, but you have a point since it keeps the vocals in the ending section.
