Problem with uploading an avatar

Already wrote about the problem of displaying an avatar in another thread of the forum. Avatar is loading, but not displayed in forum sections.

Can the administration help solve this problem?

I tried contacting some admin for this site a while back to see if I could maybe work on some issue on the site or make things look nicer in some places. Never heard anything. They don't exist lol

Richard is the Admin but he is not very active on here.

Is it possible to somehow contact Richard? Although I already wrote twice to the specified email address, but there was no answer.

But the fact is that QZ is really too old in terms of working platform and design. Many other resources have long been updated design and improved the working of their sites. Too bad that the QZ has long been abandoned and no one really cares about it.
