Never been a fan of DL but out of curiosity tried to find the FM Tribute performance with the technical hitches before they started (samples triggering all over the place IIRC?) and interestingly RT introduced them onstage that day.

I'll dig into the early stuff on your recommendation. But being there for the cheesy late 80s stuff, that's a big ask.

Listening to that reminded me how much I used to listen to my one Saxon tape back in the mid 80s.

We've been there 30 years ago when the "wall of sounds" had a certain appeal, but most of us have since moved on.
Why are you still stuck with them?
