How do you edit a post? no links?

I noticed there's wonky things in the forum. I don't see any button to edit a post, or delete a duplicate?
I use Chrome if that makes any difference. thx

There is no way to delete a duplicate post.

the edit button exists, but is invisible

Hover your mouse pointer to the right of the time of your post to see the tool tip
