Seeing that shirt for sale gives me the creeps in a way. It feels a bit ghoulish. I could even understand it better if it was being auctioned to help fund AIDS relief in the third world or something, and then it might not seem so ghoulish. For me it feels a bit like grave robbery.
Obviously that's bullshit on my part because Freddie signed the shirt and was happy to give it away, probably knowing one day it would be sold and being quite aware of his legendary status, so yeah I'm overreacting to it, but it just feels a bit.... insensitive in a way. I know, it was 28 years ago the video was filmed, I should get over it.
