Brian`s face looks a bit puffy to me.
I think that it`s from the Works Tour or m-a-y-b-e AKOM.
It seems like I know this but I just can`t put my finger to it.

Yeah he did but he wear blue shirt. Those sleaves looks works tour to me, something tell me it could be rock in rio but i think im wrong
