Wishing Everyone here in the US a happy New Year! It's been a ride hasn't it enjoy celebrations with friends dont drink to much wine.Well its tomato beer for me but you know what I mean.Oh if you like that whiskey with worm is it really alive in that bottle.Do people really eat it guts and all.If so please brush your teeth afterwards the thought of that makes me sick.I bet theres a reason behind why people eat the worm though does anybody know?
Happy new years every body we just shot our guns off
HAPPY NEW YEAR's DAY folks....Here's to a great 2020!
Thor, I hope you were in Times Square having a blast. Watched the crowd singing YMCA...from my living room. Always a fun participation song. Can't believe it came out in 1978. I still have my 45 in the original sleeve!
Wow Rainbow, That's a collector for sure isn't it.I think I remember it.I dont remember it well but I think I recall it.
Happy New Years to all here! 2020!
Freddie Darling, hope Mitzy is better by now?
Happy New Years to all my QZ friends! May the New Year bring all you hope for!
Thor, do you go to Times Square? Too much of a crowd for me, but my son went once and loved it!
Chevyman, I agree with you about the feeling of an extended family here. When I’m having a stressful day at work, coming here brings me to a good place because of the family feeling here. When I came home last night from celebrating NYE, it didn’t feel right to go to bed without checking here first. I have no draw to any website like I do here. So I gratefully thank Thor, Lee and all of you for providing the chemistry that makes us feel at home here, especially on bad days. Its like a form of therapy.
Amidds, hopefully you are better by now?
Lsgp03...I feel the same way. I am drawn to this thread. I love coming here every day to catch up on the latest posts...even if I am just reading and not posting a comment. I appreciate the friendly, warm, and supportive people who share their Freddie thoughts and knowledge. Like JB050 said, I am "grateful" for this group or what Chevy calls an "extended family". Especially looking forward to some interesting conversations once Thor and Lee's book comes out!
Also...on this day, remembering Freddie's special partner, Jim Hutton, who passed away ten years ago today.
