Unlikely that there would've been any Queen in that lot right?

Universal Fire sounds like a Roger song

God I hope nothing has been lost.

No - they weren't signed to Universal at the time of the fire I believe, and they are not on the extensive list of artists affected. I think Queen's masters (the ones they have anyway) are now mainly in Brian's archive, properly temperature controlled, and backed up.

I don't believe so, they're not listed as litigants.
That list is horrendous. I've tried not to think about this since it started coming out into public light about a month ago.
It's so clearly distressing and disturbing. A routine roofing job. Denials and unconfirmed incomplete registry.
Ffs, some of these bands had sent SONGS to be archived and multi tracked for ROCK BAND and all that but those are fucking 1/1000 th of the sessions.
Archiving that stuff would've been a 24 hour job. Should've been.
I'm sure some weren't even considered for duplication/digitization.
It's truly horrifying

I’d like to find out how many albums have been re-released since the fire claiming to be “remastered from the original masters”, only to now be proven otherwise!

I remember in a interview Bob Ludvig mentioned that he had remastered artists by using cd copies due to the lost of Master tapes. Maybe it was from universal records

Yeah its interesting reading some of these tales. I know of a couple of ABBA tracks that were basically taken from an old CD because the master was damaged.
There's a fascinating page about Bowie's 1980s CDs:
