By using the date given for the interview (22nd) and the available photographs, the live footage could be from the 1st night at Fukuoka.

As it says, Friday's was a local program in Kansai (where the Nishinomiya show they were advertising would be). There was also an interview on "Night Hit Studio" (the same program Brian, Roger, and John appeared on in 85) which was broadcast by Fuji TV.

The footage is Fukuoka. The TV spot was for advertising Osaka.
