I'd heard this story before. About the guy who's now in a QUEEN tribute band who grew up living in the house that was partially used for recording/conceiving BoRhap.
Waking up with the rooster /hens etc. Then seeing Freddie do his bits in the morning.
I'd talked with a very old fella out here in the valley who had a like story about Roy Orbison.... having grown up in some apartments. Roy asked the young kid his opinion about a song he'd written. I forget if it were in dreams or pretty woman He whisked off and recorded it. Never came back.
