Brians height

Has anyone noticed that Brian use to be a lot taller back in the 90s ?

He use to tower over Roger. But now Brian looks hes only a bit taller than Roger.

Realistically, though i haven't been keen on it and documenting any of it:

He's likely seen an orthopedic doctor and has had procedures done prior to recent tours (don't ask for documentation, I'm commuting to work).

It's likely that he's given up on his old customary clogs in recent times for added support. He's had knee surgery before ? (I think? ) and i know he's back to wearing those 80's style kicks with the 3 stripes. Not familiar with the brand.

That's likely it. Brian is a huge dude if you've met him (at least to my 5'9" -in the morning self)

Why, in THIS picture, he doesn't even tower over Freddie!

Actually Roger is tall enough

Funny seeing Brian in a dress there next to his mum.

People naturally shrink as they age. Brian's very active for his age, but he is a 72 year old man nonetheless. He was probably 6'2" at his tallest - a fair bit taller than average, but not a giant by any means.

^with 3-4 inch clogs most of his playing career.


For real. He's known for his damn clogs.

These past Tours he sports the athletic shoes they used in the 80's. Never fond of the WORKS era outfits. They all looked ridiculous except Roger and maybe John's hair

The reason Brian doesn't shave his hair is because without it he's only 5 foot 6.
