I don't really have a horse in the 'Sebastian has name autism' race but in a reference tool wouldn't it make more sense to use the name these people are professionally known by? Saying Michael Stone seems a bit too far 'that way'.

Hypothetically, someone could search your posts for 'Freddie' to access your wonderful information and draw a blank. Just an observation.

I agree with you.
However, at the end of the day it's his prerogative and I just don't care. It's one of his quirks and if it wasn't, it wouldn't be the same Sebastian we know and love. Some people really seem to take it to heart quite a bit, nevermind the trolls who will find just about anything to pick apart. I dare assume most people who are on this forum and who downloaded the PDF are probably aware of "Frederick" and do already expect it :)

Who's this Frederick I've never heard of?
Fan fiction from a retarded QZ user?
John Deacon: "I've heard what they did and it's rubbish." "Freddie can never be replaced." Brian May & Roger Taylor - ruining Queen's legacy since 1998.

To steal a phrase from Aussies: "Blimey!... that Brian May archival site seems to all be gone. This might be a good time to suggest someone with the knowhow to archive such things. Such footnotes and references appear to be gone. Searching for the reference to prime number generation leads only to the Wiki article. Even the other alumni/staffing page reference to Mike Stone is gone. Ahh... the dang internet... It's only the stuff you want to disappear that never does ;)

That's a valid choice. The choice I made, which is also valid, is to use the long form of the name for everybody: Frederick, Brian, John and Roger instead of Freddie/Fred/Freddy , Bri, Jack and Rog. Same for Michael, Richard, Stephen (as opposed to Mike/Mick, Dick/Rick/Ricky, Steve/Stevie) and so on.

Hypothetically, they can also type 'Mercury' and find it. If they can't be bothered... well, I can't please everybody.

Hypothetically speaking, most people don't care about these things anyway. They'll search for porn instead.
John hated Hot Space. Frederick's favourite singer was not Paul Rodgers. Roger didn't compose 'Innuendo.' 'Bohemian Rhapsody' hasn't got 180 vocal overdubs.

i think you need to hug yourself, user1. you have to clasp your arms around yourself, crossing over such that your right arm is over your left rib cage and your left arm is over your right rib cage. Once you got that right, just give yourself a little squeeze.

do you feel better? ok, good. try it again.

Good read! and good work as always!

I never paid much attention to the people singing the chorus. I always thought it was just Fredward, I will listen closely to see if I can pick out Roger!

[/QUOTE]

You must mean Fredwardthy.

They blend so well you can kinda lean toward one or another for the bits. Kinda interesting that there's no conclusiveness about John Deacon participating.

Gotta ask John, it would seem.

I always laugh at the video. John seems to be staggered by a clap ....OR SOMETHING at the beginning.

He's not with lengthy hair so i don't believe he was tossing hair from his face. It's just such an awkward thing that's forever there

UPDATE***!

SUNNIVABITCH! IT'S NOT THERE ANYMORE!

Has QPL reedited the music video and gotten rid of it? I seem to notice a portion of it reintroduced briefly later. But John clearly had an awkward moment and twitched his head rapidly and blinked in the promo video

Don't give me that "Mandela Effect" stuff. ...IT WAS THERE! I've gotta investigate once time and space permit.

have Queen gone back and edited the video catalogue?
