In the late stages (88/89) of the DDR or GDR whatever is common to you, Queen hit the cinemas there with Queen Magic ( the Budapest gig).A little later it runs on their state broadcaster. So my question is if there was a financial agreement or were they bamboozled again.

MAFILM had rights for cinema distribution across the Eastern Bloc, that was the deal with QPL -
