Rare video’s?

Hi,

So i just started a fanaccount. a few months ago i discovered this song “Green”. I made a whole videoclip on the song and figured out the lyrics. I wanted to post it from the beginning but i haven’t done it yet because i was waiting for the right moment. Now someone has posted it and the video goes viral. I feek so sad and stressed... if i had posted it earlier my video could have go viral too. This really sucks and its a painful. Does anyone have some good rare videos from the same level that i can share? <3

Sadly this could be a serious story. The amount of people thinking they can get validation by clicks, likes or a video going viral is immense.
Just imagine all the young people out there, poisoned by the social media world who think that this is the way nowadays to find happiness. A really sad state of affairs.

I remember buying the Queen: A Visual Documentary book by Ken Dean which had a comprehensive music videos list in the back. Back then (around 1994) we really didn't know what was in the vaults.
There were some videos on that list which i hadn't seen before, but i think we have seen em all by now. Maybe there's the odd alternate edit floating around somewhere.

The outtakes collage video made for LMIYHA was visually stunning and i actually liked it. Way better than any of the collage videos made by DoRo (bar TSMGO ofc).

Even if your video goes "viral", nobody really cares about you. As for rare videos, what do you consider rare? Pretty much all of what's available is on youtube in one form or another. If you want rare as in actually unavailable to public, you gotta contact the collectors but good luck with that.

Okay, so i totally understand that this topic is very immature and way too dramatic. Im usually not like this, but at that moment it really sucked and it still does but there are much worse things in the world. I just know now that if i find a “not well known” video i have to post it right away. Shit happens and at the end it’s not about the numbers but just to share your love for the band. Thanks for the people who responded seriously on this topic.

Yes, keep rocking. Watch videos, listen to audience bootlegs, demos, multitracks and all the good stuff. Fuck instagram views.

Yep. It sucks when that happens: same happened to me with my Sheffield '74 tape that I spent 20 years with my Indiana Jones hat on searching for it's existence. Shared with a small handful of people a few months before the planned "release" date on the anniversary of the recording and some fucker leaks it only for it to be picked up by the bootleg companies who made a shit load of money from it.
Never found out who it was and folks wonder why "elite" collectors keep things to themselves.

Well no, it’s just that a lot of people didn’t know about It and i wanted to post it but someone was ahead of me. But so terrible that that happened to you. That’s much worse than my situation. Those people are so selfish...
