Which tracks were converted to flac from a different format and what was that format?

All of the tracks from disk 1 were originally in a flac format.
Most of disk 2's material was originally in another format and I converted them to flac

You didn't converted mp3 to flac didn't you? Cause that won't help and it only makes a loss in quality.
