“The label is for distribution only”
How misinformed you are... I’m in the music business.
Adam is using Empire for distribution which is predominantly what they started out as, which part of that is hard to understand?
“if he chooses to go independent so he can have more control so what”
I know for a fact, that Adam can’t get a major record deal. I also know his last major record deal, he was released for big expenses with little output from him before he could even begin an album.
I’m surprised he can’t get a record deal, honestly. Especially after the FREDDIE film.
He went with an indie label because he had no choice. He’s spending more money on his solo music than ever before, because usually the label supports the costs for everything relating to the official recordings. Adam’s a brat with many demands. His last major record company ditched him. They all did.

Yes and they charge him for it! They also don’t give him a push... his sales suffer. Stocking shelves is different than promoting product.
Look at his last six singles... flops.
Adam has a limit with distribution due to his record company issues. If he ever released a really great record, it couldn’t even reach number one because it’d go out of stock. As it is, he can’t even sell as many of his singles now to reach his limit on manufactured product. Adam does have sales digitally... but it merely pays the bills so to speak.

“No he doesn't he co wrote every song on the album“
How can you say that when it hasn’t been released yet?
Because he's said it in interview and he's listed as the songwriter on the songs and there's instagram story's of him in the studio with the various writers, producers he's been working with and many of them have said they wrote songs with him, no idea why that's such a hard concept to understand, you have a very warped view of what he does regarding music.

When you provide some proof of all that I'll take notice but until then..........

You make no sense whatsoever, no idea what you're talking about and I doubt you have either.
Of course you don’t understand... you’re not in the business =)
Everyone likes something different, I find Adam's voice pure and melodic and it sounds beautiful and very rich to me. Considering all the concerts that have been selling out and fans clamoring to come to their neck of the woods, I would assume hundreds of thousands of people are enjoying the music and the singers. Read the remarks after the concerts and the vast majority mention how amazing Adam's voice is, not something you normally read in tweets and reviews. There is something about his voice that resonates with most people, just not with you. Even Cher shed a tear on hearing him sing that gorgeous version of "Believe". We can't all be wrong! You just prefer something more like Freddie, which is great, but doesn't make us wrong either in enjoying Adam's voice. If Brian and Roger were so wrong, then they wouldn't still be touring since 2012 to bigger and bigger audiences.
Thanks to the film, the attendance is bigger than ever.

Adam does not have the same TONE in his voice as Freddie. That is why he does not sound exactly like him. But his voice is powerful and not thin. Tacky? Did you think Freddie was tacky? Harsh and grating? Some people think his voice is too mellow and theatrical and not raw and gritty enough to be rock. Give me a break. Which is it? B & R are glad that he can sing anything they ask him to sing!
Regarding the auto analogy, my son always says that Freddie was like a peppy sports car, a Thunderbird, and Adam is like a smooth Lamborghini!
Doesn't sound exactly like him? Lambert doesn't sound ANYTHING like Freddie Mercury.
And no, it's a thin voice.

Lambert's voice sounds thin, generic and, well... shit. Mercury's voice is wonderful.
And yes, Lambert's voice is harsh and grating. It's not "mellow" at all. It's a headache to listen to, It's not a voice that's powerful enough for rock. It's a cabaret sounding voice.
Brian May thinks collaborating with Dappy was a good idea too. In fact, I could list many things Brian and Roger have done over the last 20 years or so that are at least questionable, and at the most dodgy as fuck! Not sure why you think I'd want to ask his opinion these days.
You are spot on especially with Save me. Lamebutts version sounds like a lounge version with no power at all while Freddie is belting it out with passion and power.

Thats why the call this year's shitfest "The Rhapsody TOur", named after a song, Freddie wrote.
I can’t bring up your link to save me. This one seems to be a music video version:

Doesn’t sound very powerful to me!
One of many audience filmed live videos of Save Me by Adam:

Not hearing the big difference. Freddie sounds pretty quiet and breathy in the beginning of the song and has a lot of music to back him up when he gets to the Save Me Part. Adam has a beautiful clear tenor and keeps it more restrained until the second set of Save Mes and then his powerful voice is also heard and his musical backing is really subdued. I just don't hear this vast difference in what you call power. Adam's voice is much lighter due to being a real tenor and the weight of the voices is going to differ and it has nothing to do with power. He can blast you out of this forum with some of the power in songs such as SMGO, WWTLF, and many more. None of you seem to understand that deeper voices sound different and to the untrained ear, you attribute that mistakenly to power. I have sat in a venue with Adam singing at least 10 times and his voices hits the rafters. You people do not know what you are talking about!
