It's been delayed, I'm afraid. Wrong kind of leaves on the line.
3822 is awaiting overhaul and is on static display at Didcot Railway Centre.
The wall in the next tunnel it went through was made of actual real bricks and it got squished to the size of a Rubiks Cube...
Signal failures I'm afraid. The line was part suspended!

They probably rented it and then stripped the decals off and then it resumed it's life until being decommissioned for health hazards and standards.

I lived in the area when they made the video.
It’s a private train line with old steam engines. The several trains had cartoon faces on the front, the cartoon faces were from a popular kids show with steam trains that had talking faces on the front of each train.
Queen modified one train for the video.
Sometime following the filming of the video I took a walk in to the train yard. The Miracle Express logo wood panel leaning against the wall.
I asked whether they were disposing I’d it. They planned to mount it back on the train for me let rides. A year later I returned and they have thrown it away.
I believe the original video actually ended with a credit thanking the private railway for allowing them to use the train line for the video.
The train line is located near Peterborough UK.

The train station is called The Nene Valley Railway,Stibbington,Peterborough.The shoot took two very hot days to complete.James Bond and Londons Burrning have also used this station for filming.
