People don't go on those shows specifically to promote anything so it had nothing to do with the song it was just one appearance on a show while he was in London. Mel being the new team captain may have had something to do with it, or not who knows but he's far from the first or only artist to go on there, Ed Sheeran's been on and last week it was James Blunt.

To me it's a crass show. I watched some past episodes. I don't find much of it funny. And its apparently scripted, which makes it worse.
Surely though AL and Mueller needn't have to do do that for Mel B to try to guess the song, IMO.

I don't like the show in the slightest but I've seen past episodes and that's par for the course, Adam was being a lion, no idea what Will was doing but the whole show is designed to have people doing stuff that's meant to look sexual either overtly or by suggestion, that seems to be the host's thing.

I honestly wish AL never appeared on it at given your post. The host I think is awful. The whole show/some that I seen is awful. Promost or not, AL deserves better than this trashyear show. I'd even pick him singing ginger a Queen cover on Idol than CJ.

I don't know how popular it is but it's on it's 22nd series so I guess there must be enough people watching to make it viable. I doubt they made fun of him for being gay specifically but our humor in the UK is very much about taking the piss out of everyone and panel shows in particular are nearly always piss takes and most of the time the people on them take the piss out of themselves just as much.

He was meant to be acting out the song title Can You Feel The Love Tonight so he got on the floor as a lion (lion King) and I assume Will was doing the same but he chose to grab Adam and almost climb on his back, he's out of the show Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps, really crass humor on that.
