A lot of people make parodies of Queen songs. What do you think of them?
Personally I don’t really like listening to them, but it can be interesting if properly done.
Electric Six's version of Ga Ga is as good as the original.
Very very nearly,! But it certainly came from the right place and the video suggested an appreciation of the ridiculousness of Queen.
Are we differentiating from parodies and covers?
Toyland Rhapsody by The Hee Bee Gee Bees nails it.

I was thinking the "ghost Freddie" promotional video made he sing a parody but without the video I suppose it's just a cover version.
Agreed. A bit of both in that one.

I guess Queen also did parodies of Elvis / Noel Coward to name but a few too.
Another one rides the bus by WAY is funny.
This thread made me go back to listen to Electric Six. I'd forgotten how amazing they were / are.
Weird Al Yankovic's parodies are fun.
When Adam Lambert sings Dragon Attack, i always feel it's a joke. Does that count?
Aside from that i can't think of any Queen parodies but the weird Al one.
Like what would there be to parody?
Calling all Goyim?
Rub of my life?
Sheer Fart Attack?
