French meaning the "Russian leaves". Which doesn't make sense on it's own, but if we assume the Main character's in the song are British, and they had a Russian lodger who recently left making the man and woman question their marriage, then it all fits into place.

It's a great site to find transcriptions for all Queen related albums. It's just a bit tricky to use to begin with.

You know in all seriousness i think it does sound more like "the blues in June" than "Music and Tunes".
