The guy is a true looney tune and keyboard warrior. Little bitty guy who probably is afraid of everyone one IRL and never leaves his house. He spend far too much time on-line to have a real job. That kind of hatred is scary.

I don’t think, that he has fake accounts. He can easily be spotted on other platforms like Facebook (using by his clear name), YouTube, German Fanclub Forum (banned) QOL (banned or asked to behave and left).
He is completely obsessed, IMO. But he’s convinced by his believes and very self-confident, that he doesn’t need fake accounts. That’s someone else.
Why is he so obsessed? He spends too much time online. That’s all I can say.

I‘ve asked runner after he came here 2+ years ago, why he’s here. His straightforward answer was, that he doesn’t want people to discuss QAL. His mission was and is to destroy any sensible discussion in this part of the forum. Until every fan, who doesn’t share his point of view has been driven away.
That’s it. For 2+ years he has been doing exactly that. And barely any Queen fan on here seems to care until recently. I got no response at all in the QueenZone.com section 1,5 years ago.

Surely Runner says many negative stuff to people, it’s to be expected. He hasn’t bothered me any. In fact, I don’t disagree with most of what he writes. Certainly he can tone it down with the name calling, but SweetCaroline does the exact same thing and then some.
