First and foremost, moderating abuse is down to the website owner. But if abuse on a website isn't moderated, then it is the business of the website host. They will investigate and take the appropriate action.

I have already contacted them regarding Runner_70's trolling and abuse towards other members on this website (which has been going on for years). If anyone else wants to do the same, feel free. If not, they will investigate regardless. Although I have already sent some, I am still currently, gathering up further examples of his abuse and trolling over the years to forward to the investigation team.

Enough is enough.
