I have no idea about wishing anyone in the band dead, but SC said she was merely being facetious. I do think many of the die hards and you people on here wish that Brian and Roger had gone to stagnate in some dark corner of the world and just given up the idea of being Queen. That thought isn't a whole lot better as it is tantamount to "dying' if you can't do what you were meant to do. I don't mean that literally, but many of you hate the idea of them carrying on as QAL, which I don't understand at all. If you loved Queen, you should be happy that they are living out their dream still! That is what Roger and Brian were born to do!!
Who care what a fan owns and knows about some useless Queen trivia. If someone owns their music and loves it and loves the band members and supports what they did before and now, how do you people have the nerve to say they aren't Queen fans? You have never seen a concert or anything like that, Icy, what makes you the perfect fan who can always call out other people. I am telling you that Freddie would be mortified by your nasty behavior to people who just want to enjoy Queen music in the old and new form and be happy about it. There should be no problem with that and this thread is the place to profess that enjoyment, not to be called out as a liar and all the other crap that doesn't matter and doesn't belong here. It is spam for as often as you repeat yourself and way worse than bringing over some tweets, etc. I for one am sick of reading your nasty notes to SC and to any other Glambert who doesn't fall in with your views. RC is very careful how she says things, but even she wasn't too happy with your crap the last few days. Then when people have other view points you go on with the death of your dad, (which was horrible, and I give you hugs for that), but that can't be a constant justification for being so nasty. You always backtrack to whining poor you. Other people have lots of unfortunate and awful things in their lives, but you can't take it out on people you don't know ,who are in no way to blame for any misfortune. It does sound like you have had a tough life, but you might get a lot more sympathy if you could spread the kindness around. Does it really matter if some on here love Adam and like to share things about him? You may have noticed that on the Queen Official Site Adam things are popping up. Interesting!! Brian and Roger do think he is a member of the family now, call it what you will, but it is officially OK to be on the Adam and Freddie train. One doesn't detract from the other.
Call the wahbulance over your butthurt over AL. You and SweetCaroline took offense over the least little thing regarding AL, even as something as simple as some people thinking he didn't sing certain Queen songs well.
SweetCaroline wasn't being facetious, I don't believe that for a second. Go back to read her posts at that time. She tried to backtrack saying she was being facetious...and once again you defend her. I'm not buying it, I've seen her outbursts too many times. I'd have respect for her if she said she posted it in the heart of the moment. All she did was try to backtrack.
Sure I love Queen. I don't like everything they did and what Brian and Roger currently do, it doesn't make me less than a fan.
The date Freddie passed away isn't some useless trivia. Some people spend thousands to go to Montreux to reflect about Freddie there. As for me, I usually play the music and watch dvds and videos, and I light a candle. I have some great memories of me and my father listening to Queen and Freddie, so the 24th this time around was honestly a little more emotional. Same as yesterday when it was my birthday, I shed a few tears, because he always teased me on my birthday. Judge me for missing some people while you never have made a comment about Freddie on the 24th. You were here on the date last month, picking a fight with me.
I'm actually more than aware other people have tragedy and unfortunate things happen in their lives. And I don't post for sympathy. SweetCaroline is the one who let it be known in the last few weeks that she has no empathy whatsoever for me. If someone like Brancelli can show me compassion, tell you what, that says so much about a person he is. Even Runner had a few kind words, even you did. SweetCaroline didn't. I would not wish losing a loved one and watching a loved one die on anyone, seriously it keeps me up all hours and breaks my heart. No, I'm not saying goes that for sympathy.
Some things that is posted about AL is better off on adamtopia. Take the recent tweet about AL smells. The fact he recently sp.it with his boyfriend...Nothing to do with anything being discussed here, but SweetCaroline sure felt it important enough to bring here.
