Hello guys,

Let me introduce you who I Am.

I'm a huge queen fan since I have 7 years old and I have 18 now, and I'm french. Yes frenchies love Queen too.

Anyway, I wanted to know how to make a good remaster of Queen clips or videos, like this one:

I know how to use after effects, and Premiere Pro. So if you have any plugins to make it looks good, I'm in.

Thanks a lot for your help.

actually this one isn't done properly, it's stretched.
everything depends on what do you want to do.
at the first you need to have source video, usually it needs to be properly interlaced so you can get 50 or 60fps.
you can adjust colors, hue and/or contrast level if necessary.
they are some tricks which can improve video quality, but also decrease it (especially when you upload them to YouTube), like any sharpness filter or putting grain.
if you want to upload 50/60fps video to YouTube, you need to upscale it to at least 720 pixels of height.
it's also helpful to adjust ghost-effect reduction, it can do most of the job (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WXblklNyNXA)
everything depends on what do you want to do and what is the original clip.

Wrong forum friend :)

A good software I would try out if you want to restore videos is Avisynth and/or Hybrid Video Converter. The main thing when it comes to 4:3 videos is to never stretch out the image when dealing 16:9. If you prefer, you can always crop out the top and bottom.

Cropping is just as awful as stretching.
