PrimeJiveUSA, Go back to page 11 where I posted the welcome sign. That was before the show started and I had the wrong caption on that picture. Now go to my post after that where I said that was the wrong caption and I posted the video of Adam singing and dancing. I am not able to edit in this forum. Those are two different posts.

Correction: Those posts are on page 12, not page 11.

I don’t see empty seats. I see lots of fans in ponchos yelling and having a great time. In QOL, Nicki has posted a closeup video of Adam talking totally “unscripted” to the very wet crowd before performing CLTCL.

You don't see all of those empty seats in the very pic that YOU originally posted?
That pic is of the stadium while people were still filing in, there weren't tons of empty seats as you can see from all the online vids and clips. People were there early and posting pics well before the place filled up.

Don't need excuses anyone with half a brain can see that's not during the show and the vids and pics of the show make it obvious there's not loads of empty seats despite the rain. 40,000 is the figure quoted.

I see.

My sincere apologies Sweet Caroline. My point was the empty seats. I'm assuming those eventually filled up?

I sure hope so...that is a LOT of empty seats.

Isn't the capacity 60,000 though?

That would be 20,000 short of capacity!

Their concert at Brisbane shows their determination and love of playing live, they could've easily have cancelled the show but they didn't. It's unsuprising that haters have missed this point, because they know it's a really good point.
Cancelling on their own because of Rain would have lost them money - the most important thing in Maylor's lives these days.
Queen didn't cancel their infamous Cardiff Castle show in 1976 despite similar weather conditions - https://www.queenlive.ca/queen/76-09-10.htm.

It’s a stadium. About 1/3 of it is behind the stage. The mosh pit was seated, so about 40,000 is the capacity.

Total capacity is 52,500 but even in arena's they don't always use the full capacity as it depends on the layout of the stage and because it's a multi purpose stadium used for sports there's seats behind the stage which are never on sale so not sure what the actual capacity available would have been. Reports from people there and reviews say it was pretty full and no one's mentioned empty seats so there can't been many.
