The bottom line is Adam is the Gift From God that Brian and Roger needed in order to continue the Queen legacy that got stalled when Freddie left them prematurely at age 45.
Some people love and accept it and others don’t.

So now the tour is over your mantra has changed from "Go to a show!" to "Watch The Show Must Go On documentary!"
You should read the article I've linked to below, especially the sections entitled 'reinforce with ritual,' 'the chosen one,' and 'impenetrable logic.'
The tour is not over yet! I've got tickets to see Queen + Adam Lambert in June.

Caroline, if only you knew how many people specifically mentioned you rather disdainfully while I was chatting with people in the queue pre-show at Rotterdam last week whenever the topic of Queenzone came up...
Ouch LOL.
Ouch indeed, and I wish I were exaggerating, but I’m not.
Adam is a handsome hunk, not a freak! He’s not Ozzy Osborne or Alice Cooper!
How suprising, a superficial dismissal of two actual artists because of their looks in favor of a prettyboy with no creative talents, at best a craftsman.
Why don't you, SweetCaroline, just come out and admit that you have a sexual attraction to Adam Lambert and your sole interest in this whole Q+AL thing is because you're a granny with a fetish for young guys?
Random, irrelevant comments like this seem more designed to alienate you from other forum members than contribute in any intelligent or constructive (or even amusing) way to the conversation. Why not just enjoy what you enjoy without feeling the need to drown out anyone who doesn't share your views?
It doesn’t matter. The show is magnificent with or without IL and SYW !!!!!
Yeah so you keep saying. The show is magnificent, Adam is so what ever, you've watched every live feed and video and went to a show and that was magnificent too
And it doesn't matter that they play the same songs compiled from a very short list from a possible 100 + songs (or what ever it is) just as long as you think it's magnificent and Adam is whatever. . .
Never mind the real Queen fans who are aware just how amazing these shows could have been.
Have a magnificent time watching the magnificent Adam in Birmingham on your magnificent PC or laptop or what ever.
There are loads of old timers with no life and most of them become fans of an American Idol seconder with no career beyond "Queen"
I get it! I saw them at Live Aid in 1985. I think the audiences are happy with them playing the hits in this stage of their lives and careers!
Yet this site and Queenonline are full of genuine fans complaining about the setlist.
Are you airing views with no real understanding of the subject, or are you on some kind of crusade to prove that you're happy with the set list so the rest of the world should fall in line with your thoughts.
I use a phone and often have problems. Any advice?
I don't think the quoting, edit buttons are visible on a phone or tablet which is what I use. It can be tricky. I don't even get it right sometimes.

Thanks Saint Jiub. See, it's not just me :/. It hover was just me, although nome would like to think it was.
Posts like that one from Kuijpy never got the reaction I had and still get. But it's me who is the worst person on Queen boards according no two Glamberts here...go figure.
I'm sure a person or two here will ignore your posts here and/or still say that I'm the worst. But it's not just me who has had things to say about SweetCaroline, thsts not meant to throw anyone else under the bus, rest assured everyone, for the two main Glamberts here, I'm still the worst of all. But in those links provided by Saint Jiub here you can see SweetCaroline’s behavior for yourselves, although I'm sure even that will be turned around on me, somehow, someway.

Can SweetCaroline post and discuss her own opinions?
Instead she just reposts a poorly written anonymous tweet full of empty hyperbole, all caps, and a misspelling of "her beloved Freddy" ... that perpetuates a negative stereotype of bubble-headed Glamberts.
Ding.
In other news - Brian May played Dvorak's New World Symphony in Toronto, and it was pretty magical. Has he been doing that on other nights of the tour ? I know he did it when he played in the Czech Republic with Kerry Ellis a few years back.

Sweetcaroline, yes you are. You are everything I talked about and it's there for all to see on both forums. Nothing more and nothing less. People have been right about you from the start.but you just can't see it. You are one of those people who's had many, many chances in life to re-examine your way of looking at things but constantly ignored it and now it's too late. Your personality has grown and grown until it's simply stuck this way because of age and how our brains work. Everybody makes mistakes, more so in our youth if all goes well, but learning from them and admitting you were wrong becomes more and more difficult if you keep ignoring this very important fact of mental development. Maybe your parents kept telling you how great you are and that other people are morons, maybe you've made such important mistakes in the past that it blocked your view of yourself in the future, maybe you've been too alone for far too long, who knows. But whatever the case may be, you are stuck in your ways based upon life experiences that were never closely examined by you. This is who you came to be after years and years of moving forward without looking back or even thinking about what your past meant in relation to you. It's far from uncommon but a real pain in the ass for others to deal with. Ever seen an interview where the answer given isn't related to the question at all and it seems that the person that gave the answer is completely unaware of that fact? You have long since become that kind of person. You can't see it and if you could you would be different. This is not rocket science but psychology 101. My reason for posting this stuff is because one of the factors involved in such a development is a lack of people who try to make you aware of this. Once in a while someone has to tell you this because maybe, if it's pointed out often enough, there might still be a small chance that some of this will get through to you. It could only lead to self improvement. But usually. the people who bring this stuff up are seen as bastards who just want to criticize which is not that surprising because it's the way the person has always handled stuff like this. Ignore, it's not me it's you etc. The internet is full of it but it's always other people right? It can't be because of you right? And so we ramble on, day after day, night after night. Never knowing exactly who we are and why things happen to us. Yes, it takes a lot of effort and pain to break free from it, but in the end it's more than worth it. A clear view of yourself, other and the world (even if you don't like what you see) is more freeing than you can imagine right now. It's never perfect but every step forward is one to be proud of. Taking no steps at all or denying that not even one is needed is, in fact, deluded.
