Hello guys, considering all the bootlegs you have listened to which are in your opinion the best Brighton Rock versions played by Brian; you can also list the solos from other songs that impressed you most, thank you!

That was gorgeous. Not the most perfect execution with the delay, but the sentiment is there.

It's crazy that some people think Brian doesn't have any respect for Mercury's legacy. Quoting his solo song in your solo spot reeks of it.

Thanks for the Queenzone link here. I missed this interpretation. .. But that was fantastic playing BARCELONA for his solo bit. Broke up a few times but it was very grand.

I'm marveling here at how much the stage and crowd resemble the stars and galaxy.
Unintended of course, But very atmospherically mesmerising! Looks like a magical evening....But well i haven't watched the whole gig

Going back further in time to April 1 1976 in Japan, one of the earliest bootlegs I discovered. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6tKzu8hEHCw
Check out the weird bell tones at about 45:38 - just amazing. The audience thoroughly appreciated the inclusion of some traditional music here as well.

Wow! Thanks!

I love this kind of Queenzone thread. Way better then the useless "did Queen die?" ones :)

Just like RT, "I have no patience with them". :D

Cheers,

Not from a bootleg, but Earls Court 2nd night springs to mind from memory.

from around 3:36 there's a passage that sounds similar to the Kashmir/Innuendo part of the Tribute Concert.

"Not the most perfect execution with the delay"

A bit of an understatement. I appreciate the sentiment but it's a dog's dinner of a performance.

Just marvellous.

It's crazy how people think Brian has just been playing the same solo for decades. It couldn't be further from the truth.

I like one in Prague when he played a bit of Dvorak
