Okay, here's a question for anyone with pin-sharp hearing:
During the opening verse of Fat Bottomed Girls (Boston '82)
what the hell does Freddie sing?
It certainly isn't [color=purple]"I was just a skinny lad"[/i][/color]
Sounds to me like he started the second verse by mistake, and tried to correct "on the fly"...so we get something that sounds like an amalgam of both, maybe:
[color=purple]"I was singing with the lad"[/i][/color]
