There's statistics, confirming a rapid rise in streaming in 2014 - 2015 and steady increase afterwards. It was lost unfortunately with the QOL old website. I used to follow that thread.
Queen + Adam Lambert tours had amazing impact on USA market especially. Of course the streaming numbers sky rocketed even more after the movie success.

For about three days, but that’s irrelevant to this.
Queen is huge, they are always selling even in countries where they’ve never toured.They are popular everywhere. People forget about the International success they’ve had. Much more people listen to Queen than The Beatles.
