The level of cymbals simmering is excessive even for a perfect studio recording, but with a lower quality source it's wrong to enhance highs so much.
Maybe your speakers are not so good, or there is a problem with your ears and you don't hear the full audible spectrum.
Because i can't imagine you really like this kind of sound.
