Was Freddie singing about the corona virus in 'Death On Two Legs'?

In Death On Two Legs Freddie sings

'A dog with disease
You're the king of the 'sleaze''

I know it's about Norman Sheffield, but was he in fact singing about the corona virus? In the same song he also sings
"With your narrow minded cronies"....which resembles to 'corona'

I doubt he knew what coronavirus was, becuase they were only discovered in the 1960s. This is probably a troll post anyway
