Old topic but hey... I'm bored. Apologies if this has been discussed to death previously...
So basically all the reds (like trimming on Freddie costume) are orange.
Also, the Red Special looks like the Orange Special. Well not quite, but typing that made me laugh.
Lets not forget that on the Montreal blu-ray that all the whites were yellow....
Oh well...

Try adjusting your colour on your TV ?
Yes, but I shouldn't need to if it had been coloured/mastered properly in the first place...
I had the same problem with Queen at Wembley the colours were so deep so i had to adjust the colour on my TV.
The colours are a huge problem. It's not as bad as Montreal, which is absolutely unwatchable (for me), but still pretty bad.
It's almost like using professionals would render better results - who'd have thought it! Jack of all trades, master of none would describe all QPL employees.
Ah now... I doubt the colourist (color timer) was a direct QPL employee... but none the less he/she did a bad job.
The colour "correction" was done by Eagle Rock Entertainment (at least for Montreal), and their bizarre colour choices were completely intentional.
Any chance they used yellowy light cans and adjusted according to sources and accounts?

EXACTLY!!

Fair point on Montreal disc... still looks horrible though!

I just watched it and you're right...the red special was kind of a light brown on my screen! Still a great concert visually though...even though Freddie seemed to struggle with the vocals some.
