In the same way that lots of posters on QZ speculate about future releases. Some come from a point of guesswork, others may have been given a tip off.

RT and BM have finally see sense and dumped Glamberk and replaced him with Justin Hawkins of the Darkness or Jeff Scott Soto
But what else did people expect in this plague infested year? I would have loved a South America tour release (it's about 40 years ago) but that would have involved physically trawling through the archives. Something that is already entirely digital is much easier in this year of pestilence.
