I don't have the time to waltz through everything ever compiled or posted here, I tried however. So I ask right out, is there a full 1976 US concert out there as a video in good or decent quality? I have only found snippets so far. For instance I would love to see a video of the entire Santa Monica concert 1976, that would be great.

Nope, there is no complete video. In the future, if you want to know something like this fairly quickly, use queenlive.ca, you can tell at a glance from which shows in a given year video footage exists, and from there, it's just a few minutes' reading to figure out how long the recordings are, and if they're circulating. In this case, it took less than a minute.
