That’s not ‘upscaled’ - it’s filtered/treated/edited.

I don’t recall Freddie’s ears sticking out that much before....I need to go back and look at younger pictures. Maybe it’s the weight loss....or just an effect of the filtering. That edit does make him look far healthier than he does in the video, which makes it easier to view. I find that video a little too heart-wrenching.

Which software did you use?

My bet it's Remini for Video (iOS and Android app). They have like 3 or 5 pics a day limit in free mode, in paid mode you can even upscale videos. It's pretty pricey, though, but worth it.
