Also, supposedly on Nov. 11 is the worldwide realease. So I find this odd.

My points:
1) It's a shame that GVH2 with 'Break Free'-cover probably won't sell well in the USA (too many people in disgust of men dressed in women's clothes).
2) On the other hand it seems that Queen backs down on that and lacks the courage to publish it regardless.
Just a removable(!) dustcover in the UK.

You've completely misunderstood, I fear. There's been no indication that the Break Free cover was ever part of the main package. The Miracle cover was chosen, worldwide, but the UK gets an EXTRA slipcase.
Well, then i have to take back most of what i wrote.

SWEET JESUS, THANK YOU! The 25th is almost upon us! Please forgive my blasphemous cursing of God, Jesus, Mary, and Hollywood Records! Why the GVH2 dvd was held back from the 3rd to the 25th, I do not know, but I do know that come the morn of the 25th, I will be at Best Buy with money in hand!
