How come the wembley DVD was not cut into widescreen ?

All of Queens DVDs the FM concert GVH'S 1 and 2 are in widescreen so how come they didnt do the same to wembley ?

PS I dont agree with them cuting the picture am just asking why they didnt do it to the wembley DVD.

I think it's because Gavin Taylor (the producer) prefers the OAR and this is also why the clip of Staying Poower on GVH2 isn't in widescreen (he filmed the Milton Keenes concert).

I really hate widescreen....

widescreen is great, unless though it is a 4:3 image cut to 16:9.
For instance: the 2nd release of WWRY on DVD is widescreen, but the original footage was also widescreen, so not cutting is done. It shows raisor sharp on my 82cm widescreen TV! Like having a small cinema at home!
The GVH1 and GVH2 dvd's though are cut or alterend to fit 16:9, thats not cool. They should have kept it 4:3
Budapest was filmed using filmcamera's. So if they will ever release that on DVD, it'll problably be in widescreen!

I think the reason, aside from Gavin being possibly involved, is because there are way too many close up full screen shots that would simply not look good at all on 16:9 aspect ratio crop. I could crop this concert video to widescreen if I wanted to (and I could) and then I'd know what it'd look like in WS
