Didn't Freddie say that he would retire at the age of 50?.

Do you think, at their current ages, that Bri and Roger could perform Stone Cold Crazy? I'd like to see it though! I imagine it tired them out playing it when they were in their 20's.

I reckon those oldies could do over 30 songs. John Farnham's over 50 and he'd be able to cope with it. He just completed a tour that had 95 gigs in it and belted out songs with energy night after night.

They did an absolutely fab rendition of it in Hwood last year. There's still some miles left in the old 'girl'

But no one likes 'The Voice'. Voice of a dead mule. It's a fact that no one does.

@jgoodm:
I'd like to listen to it.
Could you be more specific about date and venue?

"but they suck these days :("
How many recent Robert Plant shows have you listened to? Zero, correct? Plant has done some incredible stuff lately... much better than the Page/Plant collaborations in the 90s.
As for Geddy Lee, his voice was in top shape last year. His voice hasn't sounded this good on stage for over 10 years.

Oh yeah, that's why he's the biggest selling local artist in Australia, holding the attendance record at all venues he played in Australia, and in the last year was ranked No. 7 worldwide for concert revenues, playing to almost 1/2 a million people and bringing in AUD$54 million. Yeah it must be a fact....

Brian May says that a setlist has to have a shape to it to get the maximum reaction. I would bring back the piano medley. I've excluded the innuendo songs because they were dictated too much by circumstances.
