I was reading the transcript from Brians 46664 web chat and one question hit me in the face..

Brian, Is Deacy involved in the 46664 Project?
No, John has decided that he doesnt want to be part of any Queen activity...AT THE MOMENT.

I doubt we will ever see John performing again. He's not in Queen anymore for god's sake! The guy from QOL announced sometime ago that Deacy had officially quit Queen in 1997....

John Deacon is to replace Freddie Mercury as lead singer of Queen. Brian May is to replace Deacon as bass player and drummer Roger Taylor will take up the lead guitar. Dracula will be playing the drums.

I like those odds.
