Tough i've tried to find it so bad....I haven't found a way to reach the queen's award at ITV in 1989 with Cilla Black......anyone?

It doesn't exist. The bit you hear is where they've copied the Miracle Cover article from someone's compilation VHS, and forgot to edit the sound off the end from the next bit on the VHS.

Would it not be that as in award shows they normally show a clip before the hand out the award, therefore what is on the dvd is what they showed at the 80's awards??

You could be right, but it's a strange thing for them to show as a clip, and a strange source to use for getting the extra.
